About this build
Sales Enablement — Build Tracker

All 17 assets reviewed with Michael Patti on 05-26-2026. Decisions are locked. This tracker takes the K/M/D output and turns it into a build-sequenced project plan — 15 assets in scope across 3 waves, organized by lift and dependency. One deleted (Love Language Quiz — top of funnel). One consolidated (Sales Rep Card folds into Team Bios email).

Each card includes build context, format, Michael’s K/M/D decision, and editable links for design files and Drive folders. Use the status buttons to mark build progress: Done, In Progress, or Blocked. Status is saved locally in your browser.

Delivery Framework
Physical folder + Digital hub

Physical — Folder leave-behind. 2–3 printed inserts plus a QR code sheet. Goal: something the prospect keeps rather than tosses. The folder is the anchor; the digital hub is the depth.

Digital — SR website hub. Hidden, non-indexed pages. All hub pages built inside GHL for engagement tracking. QR codes in the physical folder point to hub sections. Lead scoring fires a task to the sales rep when a prospect clicks, downloads, or watches.

Physical inserts: Cover Letter (A-01) · Credential Fact Sheet (A-04) · Reviews Sheet (B-02) · Financing One-Pager (B-03) · QR Hub Sheet (all sections)

Open Blockers
8 items gating build start
B1
WP / GHL admin access — Justin needs to be added to SR WordPress to build hub pages.
Owner: Michael → confirmed on 05-26 call, still pending
B2
Credential audit — license number, insurance carrier and coverage, BBB status, satisfaction guarantee language needed before A-04 can be designed.
Owner: Michael
B3
Headshot decision — TradePulse headshots reviewed on call. Michael not satisfied with current shots. Decision: use with AI background cleanup, or schedule new shoot?
Owner: Michael + Natasha
B4
Pricing tier definition — does SR have a defined Good / Better / Best structure today, or is A-06 aspirational? If aspirational, it is a business design decision before a design asset.
Owner: Michael
B5
Story capture session — 30-min session with Michael and Joe needed before A-07 Our Story can be refreshed. Schedule as part of Wave 2 kickoff.
Owner: Justin to schedule
B6
Little Black Book scoping call — Michael has started building this. Entry criteria, maintenance model, and rollout not yet defined.
Owner: Justin to schedule
B7
Builder Brigade program definition — D-01 cannot be built until the referral partner program scope is defined. Michael to add existing draft to project files.
Owner: Michael
B8
Financing partner activation — Contour Mortgage and Cardinal Financial sub-accounts need to be activated before the full B-03 partner attribution layer is built.

How to use
Step 01
Navigate by wave
Use the tabs to move between Wave 1, Wave 2, and Wave 3. Each wave is sequenced by lift and dependency — Wave 1 can start now, Wave 2 needs inputs, Wave 3 needs Wave 2 live.
Step 02
Add links as you build
Click “+ Add link” on any card to paste in a design file URL or Google Drive folder link. Links save automatically in your browser.
Step 03
Mark build status
Use Done / In Progress / Blocked to track each asset. Send an update to Justin when a wave is complete or when you hit a blocker that needs to be resolved.
Wave 1 · 5 Assets
Leave-Behind Packet
Print-first assets that go inside the physical folder. Low lift — content substitution from SS reference plus SR credential inputs. These can be designed in parallel once Wave 1 inputs are provided.
Physical folder inserts: Cover Letter · Credential Fact Sheet · Reviews Sheet · Financing One-Pager · QR Hub Sheet. Everything else is digital — accessed via QR code.
Wave 1 · 2 Assets
Digital + Email Assets
No print component. Delivered via email intro sequence (B-01, with B-05 Sales Rep Card folded in) and the hub page (C-03 Lookbooks). Both can start with existing assets — headshots from TradePulse, photography from existing library.
Wave 2 · 4 Assets
Hub Page Builds
These require inputs from Michael before work can start. Tier definitions, story capture session, photography audit, and warranty language must be confirmed. Start Wave 2 kickoff after Wave 1 assets are in progress.
Wave 2 gate: A-05 needs project type taxonomy. A-06 needs tier structure defined. A-07 needs a 30-min story session. C-01 needs warranty terms confirmed.
Wave 3 · 2 Assets
Standards + Heavy Builds
Build after Wave 2 is live. These require program definition, major content development, or video production. Do not start until Wave 1 and Wave 2 assets are tested and deployed.
Wave 3 · 2 Assets
Program-Gated Assets
Cannot start until the underlying program is defined — Builder Brigade referral partner scope and Little Black Book entry criteria. Both need dedicated scoping calls before any design work begins.
Send a status update
Use this when a wave is complete, when you hit a blocker, or when something needs Justin’s input. Status and notes from every card are included automatically.
