Appointment Bonus: $25 per completed appointment if you book fewer than 10 in a week; $40 each once you hit 10+ per week

Closed Sale Commission: 1% of gross sales from appointments you set
This structure ensures you’re rewarded for both effort and results — you’ll earn for every appointment, and you’ll earn more when you consistently hit your targets. Plus, every deal that closes from your appointment pays you an additional percentage.

What You’ll Do
Daily Sales Activities

Canvassing: Knock doors in local neighborhoods to generate leads and book appointments.

Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to connect with prospects and create opportunities.

Qualify Leads: Ask the right questions to uncover needs and match them to Selective’s solutions.

Book Appointments: Set qualified consultations for the exterior sales team or home audit division.

Follow the Process: Use TradePulse CRM to track every lead, log conversations, and keep the pipeline moving.

Represent the Brand: Be the first impression of Selective Remodeling in the community.
Training & Development Duties

Commit to daily training through the 10X Business Academy, roleplays, and scripting until it becomes second nature.

Participate in weekly Client Loyalty Lab and sales meetings to sharpen your skills.

Learn foundational sales techniques: greeting, handling objections, building rapport, and closing for the appointment.

Embrace coaching and feedback — growth here is fast for those who put in the effort.

Foundation Tier – Canvassing Representative

Legacy Tier – Canvassing Manager

Overrides: 2% of all sales generated by canvassing teams
