Compensation: $45,000 base salary plus commissions on every deal generated from the relationships you build. Your earnings grow directly with the partnerships you create — the stronger your network, the higher your income.

At Selective Remodeling, every connection matters. That’s why our Client Relations Ambassador role is designed to be more than a receptionist — it’s the foundation of both our client experience and our community partnerships.
From answering the first phone call to greeting visitors in our showroom, you’ll set the tone of trust and hospitality. Just as importantly, you’ll help expand our impact by reaching out to real estate offices, local businesses, and community groups — opening the door for partnerships that generate long-term business.
This is the ideal role for someone who thrives on people-first interactions, loves building relationships, and wants to earn not just by showing up, but by creating measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Client Relations Duties

Be the first connection: listen carefully to every client inquiry, making them feel truly heard and understood.

Set up consultations: schedule appointments for the sales team while capturing the client’s needs, goals, and concerns so the meeting begins with trust and clarity.

Keep communication flowing: update the CRM with accurate notes so the team — especially the assigned sales rep — is prepared and aligned.

Create a welcoming experience: offer refreshments, help Nonna serve meals, and make sure the showroom is always polished and inviting.

Support design consultations: document product and finish selections to ensure every detail of the client’s vision is communicated clearly.
Partnership & Outreach Duties

Support Natasha in leading Social Impact & Partnership efforts — outreach to community leaders, real estate offices, and business groups.

Cold call, message, and network with potential collaborators to generate introductions and meetings.

Set up Natasha and leadership for partnership presentations and follow-up.

Nurture relationships so that new referral streams stay active.

Earn commission credit for every deal that comes from the relationships you initiate and maintain.
