Compensation – Unlimited Growth Potential
Compensation: 100% commission with a guaranteed training draw (capped at $10,000). Commission is based on gross profit (GP) and automatically increases as you hit performance thresholds. The faster you achieve targets, the faster you unlock higher commission tiers and larger sales opportunities. There is no ceiling — earnings are based purely on results.

As an Exterior Sales Representative (Foundation Tier), you’ll start by running consultations for roofing, siding, windows, and doors while mastering our proven sales system. This is where you’ll learn the fundamentals of sales, client communication, and project execution. From there, your performance — not time — determines how quickly you unlock access to larger projects, higher commission percentages, and expanded opportunities in the Builder, Leader, and Legacy tiers.
What You’ll Do
Sales Duties

Run consultations: Lead in-home sales appointments with confidence, uncovering client needs and presenting solutions.

Attend required sold-job site visits: Stay connected to projects after the sale to learn Selective Remodeling standards, build client trust, and gain field experience.

Generate opportunities: Call your database, follow up with company-provided leads, and actively generate self-sourced leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals.

Grow your own book of business: Build lasting client relationships and treat this role like running your own business within Selective Remodeling.

Build your personal brand: Be on camera, create content, and represent yourself as a trusted advisor while aligning with Selective Remodeling’s core values.

Follow the process: Use TradePulse CRM to track every interaction, manage your pipeline, and keep the team aligned.

Collaborate with the team: Work with project managers, production, and client relations to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Training & Development Duties

Commit to training and growth: Complete daily assignments from Cardone University, participate in roleplays, read books, and watch training videos to sharpen your skills.

Engage in Client Loyalty Lab meetings: Present your pipeline, share progress, and gain feedback on how to advance opportunities.
