What You’ll Do
Sales Duties

Lead in-home consultations: Listen actively to understand each client’s goals, style, and priorities — asking thoughtful questions that uncover what truly matters to them.

Present project solutions: Use visual tools, construction plans, and estimates to help clients see how their vision becomes reality.

Follow up with clarity: Maintain communication through TradePulse CRM, providing timely updates and value-driven touchpoints that build trust and confidence.

Collaborate with estimating and planning teams: Ensure every proposal reflects accurate scopes, finish selections, and pricing before presentation.

Attend intentional job site visits: Be present during key project milestones — pre-start meetings, mid-project check-ins, and final walkthroughs — to ensure the client feels felt and knows they’re supported from start to finish.

Generate your own opportunities: Leverage company-provided leads, client referrals, and self-sourced prospects to grow your book of business.

Show up with intent: Participate in content creation, showroom events, and community outreach to represent Selective Remodeling as the trusted name in home transformation.

Builder Tier

Leader Tier

Projects: Major first-floor renovations, large kitchen and bath combinations, and open-concept redesigns involving structural framing, foundation adjustments, plumbing, and HVAC.

Focus: Master complex projects requiring deep construction knowledge and technical accuracy. Lead with confidence, mentor newer reps, and align clients, estimators, and production teams from concept through completion.

Focus: Represent the highest level of sales and construction understanding across both divisions. This tier is only achieved after mastering the Exterior Sales Model and progressing through the Foundation, Builder, and Leader tiers within the Interior Division.
