Compensation – Unlimited Profit Potential
Compensation: 100% commission with a guaranteed training draw (capped at $10,000). Commission is based directly on gross profit (GP$). The more GP dollars you generate, the more money you make — with no cap. Once you hit performance thresholds, your commission percentage automatically increases on those GP dollars, so every deal above that level pays you more. Top performers with strong networks and consistent effort can expect $200K–$300K+ annually, with true unlimited profit potential.

What You’ll Do
Sales Duties

Run consultations: Lead in-home sales appointments with confidence, uncovering client needs and presenting complete solutions.

Attend required sold-job site visits: Stay connected to projects after the sale to learn Selective Remodeling standards, build client trust, and gain field experience.

Generate opportunities: Call your database, follow up with company-provided leads, and actively generate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships.

Leverage your existing book of business to generate projects in exteriors, interiors, or home additions.

Use CEPro, our proprietary estimating software that calculates projects down to the nail, to build accurate and transparent estimates that win trust and close deals.

Grow your personal brand: be visible on camera, create content, and represent yourself as a trusted advisor.

Follow our proven process using TradePulse CRM to track every interaction and opportunity.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and client relations to deliver a seamless client experience.
Training & Development Duties

Commit to mastering Selective’s systems and standards — learning new ways of selling, serving, and scaling that take your career to the next level.

You will be committed to training and growth — completing Cardone University assignments, roleplays, and reading every week to sharpen your skills and stay at the top of your game.

Participate in Client Loyalty Lab meetings and structured coaching sessions to strengthen both sales and operational alignment.
