Compensation: $45,000–$52,000 annually (starting based on experience) with incentives and performance-based increases. As you master your role and hit defined metrics, you’ll unlock higher pay bands and expanded opportunities. Top performers who progress through the maturity model can earn $75,000–$100,000 annually with incentives, with unlimited upward potential.

As a Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you’ll help tell that story. From capturing client transformations to showcasing the people behind the work, your role is to connect the dots between our mission and the community we serve.
This is a Foundation role, where you’ll learn how to craft content, run campaigns, and manage digital platforms with the backing of a proven system. Your growth — not your starting point — determines how fast you advance to Builder, Leader, and eventually Legacy tiers within our marketing division.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Content Duties

Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn with consistent, engaging daily content.

Capture and edit behind-the-scenes videos, client testimonials, and remodeling transformations.

Design marketing campaigns that promote our signature services, community partnerships, and special offers.

Track analytics and engagement metrics to optimize content and drive lead generation.

Collaborate with designers, project managers, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand message.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and re-engage past clients.
Training & Development Duties

Commit to mastering Selective’s marketing systems and standards — learning how to connect storytelling with lead generation.

You will be committed to training and growth — completing weekly assignments, roleplays, and reading to sharpen both creative and analytical skills.

Stay on top of social media trends, testing new formats and strategies that expand our reach.

Participate in weekly marketing and Client Loyalty Lab meetings to align content with company goals.
